About John Brennan

John Brennan is Keystone, a name that has taken on more meaning than he could have imagined. Before he was Keystone, John took the name Cupcake as a trail name when he hiked the Pacific Crest Trail in 2002. The name stuck as a trail name on the Continental Divide Trail in 2004 and 2006.

John lives in Portland, Oregon, where he's a web professional and computer consultant in his business, Walking Wired.

John became a Constitutional activist during a serene moment of insight going through TSA screening when he testedpositive for explosives. The designation Naked American Hero, coined by a lawyer, stuck. [The test result was likely a false positive.] The lawyer bills are very real.

The Writing

John has done a lot of personal growth work with a great organization in Eugene, Oregon, Wings Seminars. Most of the writing came out of the Lifeworks seminar. His contract has been with him since 1990 when he attended the Wings Crossover Seminar.
